This is where the legally reviewed right of withdrawal for the purchase of goods must be inserted, including the model withdrawal form, the withdrawal period, the start of that period, the postal address and contact details for declaring withdrawal, and the rule on return costs.

Particular attention must be paid to the possible exemption from the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been removed after delivery. This exemption is set out in the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Business Act (FAGG). Whether and to what extent it applies here must be assessed by a lawyer and the notice worded accordingly.

Until then, this page expressly does not constitute a withdrawal notice within the meaning of the FAGG.
