Pre-cleaning
Immediately after return, we remove coarse residue and lubricant. Removable inserts are taken out and processed separately.
Thorough cleaning
All surfaces and inserts are cleaned thoroughly by hand with skin-friendly, material-safe specialist cleaners, right into every crevice.
Disinfection
Every contact surface is treated with a disinfectant approved for silicone and TPE and is demonstrably reduced in germs.
Rinsing & drying
Cleaning and disinfection residues are rinsed out completely. Each part then dries hygienically and residue-free.
Care & inspection
The material is cared for and treated with powder. A visual inspection ensures that the doll is flawless, undamaged and ready for use.
Sealed packaging
The fully prepared doll is packaged fresh and neutral and stored dust- and touch-protected until the next rental.
